Due to a lack of opportunities in underserved cultures, we at Alpha Learning Center wanted to create a place and a safe space for academic development in order to advance black and brown populations. Academic disparities have prevented children of color from succeeding in gifted and talented educational programs for far too long. The underrepresentation of our communities youth allows for low academic performance and a lowered graduation rate. Investing in our children by providing them with educational assistants through before school, after school, summer camp, professional tutoring sessions and test prep assistance pave the way for future success. 

 

Giving children the opportunity to develop and flourish academically creates success in all avenues of life. Engaging our children and providing a safe space for them to further their education is what we at Alpha Learning Center aim to accomplish. 

 

Though before school, after school, summer camp programs, tutoring sessions and test prep assistance our youth is able to develop vital skills that easily allow them to face any venture they may want to adhere to throughout their lives. Nurturing, directing, educating and taking care of the whole child and family is what we intend to achieve at Alpha Learning Center.
